I can't seem to find a straight reliable answer... different websites say that the game was released in late 1995 or early 1996. Anyone have the confirmed date? I'm leaning towards 1996 since I remember the fuss over it being in DOS with Windows 95 out and popular. Coolgamer June 29, 2005 23:48 (UTC)

the thing about the anagram is a spoiler for one of the puzzles in the game. maybe it should be removed.

[edit] Release Date
The release date for this game can be found at AllGame, which cites it as being released on December 13, 1995 for DOS. However, this game was also released for MAC and Windows 95 sometime in 1996, but I have yet to find an exact release date for those. Additionally, they were planning a 3DO release, but this was canceled as far as I can tell. --Brahman 19:18, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Endings
I removed this section. It's poorly written and could be completely wrong. The tone of it is also completely inappropriate. Can you imagine something like this appearing in a print encyclopedia? I've included it below:
- There are three possible endings in the game depending on which of the three woman that the player chooses.
- (As it was quite a long time since I played this Im writing this on memory alone, so might get something wrong)
- Good Ending - choosing Samantha (Cant remember the ending itself)
- Bad Ending 1 - Choose Robbin, you will be killed by her in a hotel room if I remember right. Guess the mansion corrupted or possessed her in some nasty way. Either way, she is no longer the good ol girlfriend that walked into the house.
- Bad Ending 2 - Choose the 3 lady whose name or ending I can not remember.
