From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
We have formed this project to better organize information in articles related to Adventure games. We want to cover the areas of games, game series, technologies specific to the genre, companies who produced adventures games, and significant fan games / groups. This page contains our suggestions; it is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians. If you would like to help, please inquire on the talk page and/or see the to-do list.
There is already a considerable number of articles on Adventure Games on Wikipedia, of varying levels of quality and depth. These range from in depth articles such as Sierra On-Line, down to stubs of the lowest quality. This project seeks to marshall the efforts of interested editors to improve and unify these articles and to raise the overall standard of Adventure Game coverage on Wikipedia. I spent quite a bit of time playing and studying the dynamics behind text adventures & King's Quest back in the transition era between the two types, plus many hours in the first few Myst games, as well as the novels based on the series.

He recently beat The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy text game and is currently playing and/or attempting to render functional Robot City, Gabriel Knight 1, Gabriel Knight 2, Broken Sword 1, The Neverhood and Dragon Warrior 2 (on GBC).
