Tennessee State Route 177 is a secondary state highway in Shelby County, Tennessee. The majority of the route is known as Germantown Road and Germantown Parkway.

The route starts in Southeast Memphis, Tennessee on Winchester Road near Tennessee State Route 385 (Bill Morris Parkway) with a speed limit of 40. From there is runs north through the city of Germantown with a speed limit of 35 MPH until it intersects with U.S. Route 72/State Route 57 where the speed limit rises to 40. It then crosses the Wolf River where the speed limit rises to 50 and passes back into Memphis through the Cordova community. 177 later intersects Interstate 40 where the speed limit falls to 45 and stays there for the remainder of the route and U.S. 64/State Route 15 (Stage Road) in Bartlett, Tennessee, before terminating as a state route at U.S. 70/U.S. 79/State Route 1.

Beginning at the U.S. 72/State Route 57 intersection, 177 turns from a two-lane road into a six-lane, divided highway, and continues in this form through to its north terminus, and from the Wolf River bridge until the I-40 junction, the road is six-lane and has full-width paved outside shoulders on both sides, which only occasionally give way to a fourth lane or a right-turn lane. From U.S. 72/SR 57 to the I-40/U.S. 64 area, the road has seen significant commercial and residential development during the last 15 years, including the establishment of restaurants, hotels, planned communities, and the Wolfchase Galleria. North of U.S. 64, however, little new development has taken place.
