[edit] Looking for quote from Arthur Hailey's "Wheels," 1978 TV mini series...

Actor Rock Hudson, playing character Adam Trenton, is asked to be logical and replies something like: "There's nothing logical about a 115-pound blond spending $2's worth of gas to drive a two-ton automobile 15 (?) miles to save 5 cents on a can of peas..." or something along those lines.
