[edit] I always wondered why there was never a video game of talisman made

I love this game, it is about time that someone got the courage to make a video game of it, because even though playing the board game version is good, it would just be nice to be able to hjave something like this that reduces the time needed to set up, and not to mention the physical space needed to play. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alphamone (talk • contribs)

I'm a professional video game programmer and have been working on my own version of this for years. Work and family get in the way, however (in a good way), and I've never been able to finish. I just hope they do it right—it'd be easy to do it wrong (my version does it right, allowing the user to build custom boards, alter rules and such—in other words, it is mod-friendly). FYI, there was an Apple II version made years ago, but, from what I heard, it wasn't very good and didn't do too well. It is almost unknown. — Frecklefoot | Talk 18:35, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Capcom blog

I have no problem linking the Capcom blog about Talisman development, once it has some content. Right now the Talisman entry is empty and the blog top, which was linked to, has nothing specifically to do with Talisman. So, let's leave it off for now, until the Talisman section has at least one entry. Please stop adding it until then. — Frecklefoot | Talk 12:18, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Talismanlogo.jpg

Image:Talismanlogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
