"Summer Shudder" is the fourth track on the album Decemberunderground by AFI, running 3:06. It was rumored to be the third single off of the album, even to the point of prompting an announcement on absolutepunk.net's forums but later it turned out that "The Missing Frame" was the third single confirming the earlier initial speculation. It has since been found out that there is going to be no video for The Missing Frame as said by lead singer Davey in Ask AFI.

- From about 1:45 to 1:55 in the song, a beeping similar to that of punching numbers into a telephone can be heard in the background.
