"He Who Laughs Last..." was a single released by AFI in 1996. This single appears on their second album, Very Proud of Ya. The video is a parody of the film Goodfellas, it depicts Davey Havok in the trunk of a car driven by the members of AFI. Nearing the end of the video, the 3 get out of the car, pop the trunk, and stab Davey repeatedly, then shoot him. It plays on the famous line from the movie: "As far back as I can remember I always wanted to be a gangster" to "As far back as I can remember I always wanted to be in a hardcore band". The video also has footage of a performance at a local club showing a young Havok singing and wearing suspenders.
