Suleyman Sleyman is a Swedish football defender with Syriac [1] origin and currently plays for Hammarby IF in Stockholm. With a degree in economics, he spends his sparetime working halftime as an auditor for Ernst & Young. He changed his name from Suleyman Varli in 1998.
He signed a new contract with Hammarby in September 2007, which expires at the end of the 2008 season.
