The Stoke Potters are a British Speedway team currently competing in the Premier League. The team races at Loomer Road Stadium[1].
In the late 1940s, the club was based in Sun Street in Hanley, and were known as the Hanley Potters when crowds of over 12,000 were attracted. Hanley won the National League Division Three in 1949.
