Steven Jay Blum (born April 28, 1965) is an American voice actor known primarily for his work in anime dubs and video games.

Blum voices TOM, the robotic host of Toonami shown on Cartoon Network. He was also the voice of 7-Eleven's "Oh thank heaven" television and radio advertisements. Most anime fans know him best as devil-may-care bounty hunter Spike Spiegel from the anime series Cowboy Bebop.

For several years, Blum has used several pseudonyms in non-union productions, the most commonly-known being David Lucas. Blum actively denied that he and Lucas are the same person, stating instead that they are acquaintances. As of 2004, he has unionized and now uses his real name full time.[citation needed]
