I haven't been able to find any reference to any Special Powers Act 1971. Does this page refer to the Civil Authorities (Special Powers) Act passed by Stormont in 1922? It is reproduced here: [1]. This is the only NI Special Powers Act I've found proper reference to, and unless there is some other one, this page is wildly inaccurate. --Helenalex (talk) 07:32, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
