Société de transport de Lévis

The Société de transport de Lévis (STL) is a public transportation agency created in 1980, operating mainly in Lévis on the south shore of the Saint Lawrence River, being the counterpart of the Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) on the north side. STL offers connection into Quebec City but RTC buses never cross the bridges to the south side.

The STL serves a population of about 129,000 on a territory of 551,551 km² in the region of Chaudière-Appalaches. The Society relies on 50 bus and 90 employees. In 2004, it served more than 3 millions riders.
