Sergei Lishouk (born March 31, 1982 in Rivne, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union), also spelled Serhiy Lishchuk, is an Ukrainian professional basketball player who was drafted by the Memphis Grizzlies in the 2004 NBA Draft.
He plays in the Ukrainian League for Azovmash Mariupol, a team that also competes in the ULEB Cup, which is the 3rd best professional basketball league in the world after the NBA and the Euroleague. He is a member of the Ukrainian National Basketball Team and he has competed in 2 Eurobasket tournaments at the Eurobasket 2001 and Eurobasket 2005.
On February 21st, 2008 his NBA draft rights were traded from the Memphis Grizzlies to the Houston Rockets in exchange for the NBA draft rights to Malick Badiane.[1]
