Serge Gakpé (born May 7, 1987 in Bondy, France) is a French football midfielder of Togolese origin who currently plays for AS Monaco in French Ligue 1.

Gakpé began his career in the youth system at the Clairefontaine Youth Academy in France where he was noticed by Ligue 1 club Monaco. He joined their youth setup in 2001 before turning professional in 2005 and moving up to join the senior squad. Gakpé first appeared for the first team in the 2005-2006 season and scored his first league goal for the club against RC Lens on 22 January 2006, with the scores ending 1-1.
He has played international football for France, the country of his birth, currently at Under-19 level, although he is of Togolese origin. At the start of 2007 he was linked to moves to some of Europes top clubs, including FC Barcelona, Chelsea and Arsenal. However Gakpé chose to stay at his first club, signing a new contract tying him to the club until 2011.
