"Say Goodbye" is the second American single off Theory of a Deadman's second album, Gasoline. This single was never released in Canada, as "Santa Monica" was released as the second Canadian single instead. The song is about a guy and his girlfriend that keep fighting a lot and they want to leave each other, but don't know when.
The keyboards played in this song and other songs on the album were done by Howard Benson.
