Sandra Ng Kwan -Yue, born August 2, 1965, is a Hong Kong actress. She is the wife of film director and producer Peter Chan.

The daughter of Ng Kam-Chuen (also known as Ha Chun Chau), Ng was born in Hong Kong, where she attended St. Stephen's Girls' College. She received the 2003 Best Actress Award at the Golden Horse Film Festival in Taiwan for her role as a prostitute in Golden Chicken In 2006, she gave birth to a daughter.

Married to Hong Kong film director Peter Chan.

She is also a radio personality for CRHK. She hosts her radio program called He She Hit (她他她打到o黎!) from 10pm-12am on Monday to Friday.
