Richard de Capella was a medieval Bishop of Hereford.

He was a member of the chancery in charge of the king's seal during the reign of King Henry I of England before being elected bishop.[1] He was elected to the see of Hereford on January 7[2] or just before February 2, 1121. He was consecrated on January 16, 1121 at Lambeth by Archbishop Ralph d'Escures of Canterbury.[1]
He died on August 15, 1127[2] at Ledbury.[1]
