Geoffrey de Clive (or Geoffrey de Clyve) was a medieval Bishop of Hereford.

He was a royal clerk for King Henry I of England before being nominated to the see of Hereford.[1] He was consecrated on December 26, 1115[2] at Canterbury by Archbishop Ralph d'Escures.[1] He died on February 2[2] or February 3, 1119.[1]
