- Code letter: F, G
- Supporting evidence: Users Bruce99999 and Homoman12 were blocked indefinitely in November for socking, with the 149. address also blocked for a time, and checkuser (DD) today identified GaryGazza as being also identified with these. Made a case summary here of Gary's editing on Nicola Roxon before I had all the facts, but events have overtaken that page. EDIT: This new diff links 149. directly to GG.
Consistent vandalism and egregious BLP violations at Bruce Mansfield (more a pattern than specific diffs) and at Iain Lee, Nicola Roxon, Iain Lee and Philip Brady (broadcaster) (see deleted diffs on the latter). Pattern is adding militantly pro-Jewish and/or anti-gay stuff to articles, messing with talk pages and accusing other editors of anti-semitism or racism - and have not been above making threats. The IP addresses, while belonging to a wide range on a UK ISP, have fairly consistent behaviour with only occasional intrusion from other users. Two reasons I am requesting checkuser:
- I believe there'll be more to come (these guys have been up to this for almost a year) so want to make it easier for other editors to come by putting this on the record.
- Some had not been confirmed by the earlier checkuser as they had not yet been identified.
Note that Bruce99999 was blocked quite a while ago, but this diff directly links Homoman12 to Bruce, while these two (identical edits 3 days apart) clearly link the 149. range with Bruce. Orderinchaos 18:39, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
- Side point - it appears the user infrequently moves between England and Australia, so there may be quite sudden switchovers in which IPs link to which times, particularly in January. Orderinchaos 20:21, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
Additional information needed No such user:Slakrr
- Fixed, it's SIakrr Thatcher 21:24, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
Note: Jewishpride1 and IainLeeisgreat are stale. Thatcher 21:14, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
Note: There are a lot of users on these IPs, maybe some kind of a mobile device gateway. I think I can tell which accounts belong here, but this is
Likely rather than anything stronger: GaryGazza (talk · contribs), SIakrr (talk · contribs), Homobandit (talk · contribs), Philmanskkjaaaw (talk · contribs), Philmanskkj (talk · contribs), PiotBink (talk · contribs), Stroudda (talk · contribs), Jewishhomeland (talk · contribs), Homoman11 (talk · contribs). - Interesting - similar types of edits to Nick Abbot on the ones you raised and that article on full protection as well. Orderinchaos 21:51, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
- Sorry to add two more but could someone please check the following as well against the above?
- Auspoliticsbuff (talk • contribs • logs • block user • block log • checkuser)
- Isaccnation (talk • contribs • logs • block user • block log • checkuser)

- Ah good - it followed my own gut feelings but just wanted to be sure. Thanks. Orderinchaos 22:19, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
