Pandora's Mighty Soldiers, abbreviated to PMS Clan is an all-female gaming clan, which was co-founded in 2002 with Amber "Athena Twin" Dalton [1] and her sister Amy "Athena" Brady. PMS Clan currently has over eight hundred female members across Xbox, PC and PlayStation platforms and games. They also have an International branch and male counter-part group H2O Clan.

PMS Clan members compete in various co-ed competitions and online ladder tournaments. PMS has become a well-known group in a male dominated gaming industry, and is committed to continue gaining ground for women in the industry. Their ultimate goal is to provide a safe, fun and competitive playing environment for female gamers, and they are also driven to bring females into the top ranks of tournament champions. Their members range from casual players to the ultra-competitive which balances these two goals.

In various interviews, clan members have stated that their mission is to change the perception that competitive online and offline gaming is dominated solely by male hardcore gamers.[2] Their open recruitment is based on interest and attitude rather than skill. Increased publicity over the years has made PMS Clan one of the largest female gaming clans in the industry. [3]

Amber Dalton, the clan leader, was voted as one of "Game Industry's 100 Most Influential Women" by Next Generation Business, because the setting up of PMS clan has helped to break the stereotype of gamers and offers a safe and friendly environment for female gamers to play. [4]
