Plymouth, Moor View will be a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It will elect one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.
Following its reviews of parliamentary representation in Devon, the Boundary Commission for England has created a two new seats for Plymouth, one of which is Plymouth, Moor View.

The electoral wards which make up the new constituency of Plymouth, Moor View are:
- Budshead, Eggbuckland, Ham, Honicknowle, Moor View, St Budeaux and Southway.
The remaining Plymouth wards will be in the constituency of Plymouth, Sutton and Devonport.
