Pennabilli is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pesaro e Urbino in the Italian region Marche, located about 100 km west of Ancona and about 50 km west of Pesaro. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,126 and an area of 69.6 km².[1]

The municipality of Pennabilli contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) scavolino, soanne, ponte messa, maciano, miratoio, molino di bascio, and ca morlano.

Pennabilli borders the following municipalities: Badia Tedalda, Carpegna, Casteldelci, Maiolo, Montecopiolo, Novafeltria, Sant'Agata Feltria, Sestino.
