Pelita Air Service is an airline based in Jakarta, Indonesia. It operates on behalf of the state oil company Pertamina and provides executive transport, charters, oil and gas support operations and general aviation services. Its main base is Pondok Cabe Airport.[1].

The airline was established in 1963 and started operations on 24 January 1970. It has been run as a standalone subsidiary since 1981. Pelita Air Service is owned by Pertamina (90%) and Patra Jasa (10%).[1].

As of January 2005 Pelita Air Service operates services to the following domestic scheduled destinations [2]: Denpasar, Ende, Gorontalo, Bandung, Bima, Jakarta, Kendari, Kupang, Labuan, Manokwari, Maumere, Sorong, Surabaya, Tarakan, Ternate, Makassar, Waingapu and Yogyakarta.
