Paulo César Fonseca do Nascimento, also called Tinga (born January 13, 1978 in Porto Alegre, Brazil) is a Brazilian defensive midfielder football player, currently with Borussia Dortmund of the Bundesliga.
Tinga played for Sport Club Internacional until August 2006, when he helped the club win the Copa Libertadores for the first time by scoring a goal in the final match against São Paulo. Before joining Internacional, Tinga played for Grêmio and Botafogo of Brazil, Kawasaki Frontale of Japan and Sporting Clube de Portugal.
After a five-year absence, Tinga was recalled to Brazil by new manager Dunga, for a friendly against Switzerland, gaining his third cap on November 15, 2006.
