Paul Hadley

Paul Hadley (1880 - 1971) was an artist from Mooresville, Indiana who designed the Indiana State Flag. He won the contest of over 200 state flag submissions.

He now has a school named after him in Mooresville, IN. named Paul Hadley Middle School
