North Ormewood Park

Intown Neighborhood in Atlanta, GA designated separately from Ormewood Park. It is located between Cabbagetown (Atlanta), East Atlanta and Grant Park (Atlanta) and adjacent to the mixed-use development development Glenwood Park. It is bordered by Moreland Ave, Glenwood Ave, I-20 and Stovall Ave. It is a designated Drug Free Commercial Zone[1][2] The neighborhood received extensive damage during the 2008 Atlanta tornado outbreak Until 1821, the area was the territory of the Creek Indian Nation. After the US Civil War Much of the land was used for dairy and pecan farming.[3]
