New Forest East is a county constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

The constituency covers the eastern half of the New Forest in Hampshire, including the central forest villages of Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Beaulieu, as well as the waterside settlements (Totton, Marchwood, Hythe and Fawley).

Following its review of parliamentary representation in Hampshire, the Boundary Commission for England has made minor alterations to the existing New Forest East constituency. This modified seat will be fought for the first time at the 2009 or 2010 UK general election. It is formed from the following electoral wards

  • Ashurst, Copythorne South and Netley Marsh, Boldre and Sway, Bramshaw, Copythorne North and Minstead, Brockenhurst and Forest South East, Butts Ash and Dibden Purlieu, Dibden and Hythe East, Fawley, Blackfield and Langley, Furzedown and Hardley, Holbury and North Blackfield, Hythe West and Langdown, Lyndhurst, Marchwood, Totton Central, Totton East, Totton North, Totton South, Totton West
