Talk:Minor characters of Fullmetal Alchemist
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Since this article is specifically about manga characters (as the first sentence proclaims), should this be moved to minor characters of the Fullmetal Alchemist manga, following suit with the state military and homunculi articles? —Frungi 02:42, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Tim Marcoh
Although he is a minor character in the anime, Marcoh is a secondary character in the manga, on par with Ling or Scar, both of which have their own articles. Perhaps her should get one as well. He could also be moved into the Military page, but he deserted in Ishbal, so that wouldn't be accurate. If all else fails, move him to the top of this page so he at least looks more important, or something. Beecause it's kind of untrue to put him on the same level as Nina. 75.118.155.99 (talk) 01:11, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Den
Is Den a boy or a girl? I've only ever seen Den referred to as female once - in Fullmetal Alchemist Profiles - and male pronouns are also used in a different part of the book, so... Shiroyuki 18:44, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
Den is a bitch Arakawa says so herself.
Den is stated as being female in a manga omake as well. 75.118.155.99 (talk) 01:11, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Barry
Was he disguised as his wife? It's just a theory, but it should be added as such, right?
Arakawa has stated that his wife resembles Lust, so no. 75.118.155.99 (talk) 01:05, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Tucker
I'd like to note that Tucker's voice isn't permanently raspy like that. In some scenes, he leans up his weirdass attached upper body and speaks normally, but only for brief periods of time. It's because his head is tilted back that he talks like that. Go on, lean your head back as far as you can and try talking. >.>
My art teacher looks like Tucker.
[edit] Scar's Brother's Name
The article for Scar refers to Scar's brother as Mattias. Was this his name in the manga or something? If so, it could still be used in this article. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.136.200.56 (talk) 02:22, 13 February 2007 (UTC).
Scar's brothers name was never known in either the anime or manga.
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Barry the Chopper.jpg
Image:Barry the Chopper.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:19, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Citation
The citation on the page needs to get to fix. While clicking on the number leads to the bottom pf the page, once there, you see an error message that says no text was given. I would try to fix this myself but I don't know what is suppose to be there and I don't quite know how to fix it.

[edit] Trisha and Hohenheim
This site says that Trisha didn't marry Hohenheim but according to this, http://www.absoluteanime.com/fullmetal_alchemist/hohemheim.htm, it states Hohenheim is the husband of Trisha.
Which is correct? 17:45, 31 December 2007 KogiWarrior
- They're not officially married; Trisha's name wasn't legally changed because their marriage wasn't on any church register or anything like that.—Loveはドコ? (talk • contribs) 18:22, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Tim Marcoh
Marcoh never dies on-screen, so what confirmation do we have that Lust and Gluttony actually kill him? I move that we say he is presumed dead, as it is never confirmed.
