Michael Ruben Wilson (born December 19, 1958 in Los Angeles) is a former professional American football wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers from 1981 to 1990. He played football collegiately at Washington State University and was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 9th round of the 1981 NFL Draft. Wilson is only one of a few NFL players to be a member of 4 Super Bowl champion teams.

Wilson began his coaching career at Stanford under former 49er coach Bill Walsh from 1992 to 1994 and at USC from 1997 to 2000.
Wilson coached the Oakland Raiders between 1995 and 1996 and joined the Cardinals in 2004. He was fired after the 2006 season.
He is currently the Vice President of Business Development and Overseas Operations for the USA Eagles international football team.
