Johnny Davis (born July 17, 1956, in Montgomery, Alabama) is a retired American football running back who played ten seasons in the NFL from (1978–1987). Davis is a member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity. While at the University of Alabama, Johnny Davis was Ozzie Newsome roommate, and the two remain friends to this day. Johnny Davis won a Super Bowl ring with the San Francisco 49ers.
Johnny Davis currently resides in Northern New Jersey, and works as a motivational speaker and an organist.
