Middleton is a small village in Lancashire, between Heysham and Overton. Its beach is on the coastline of Morecambe Bay.

Middleton was the location of Middleton Tower Holiday Camp, which opened in 1939 and was owned by Pontin's from 1955 until its closure in 1994.[1] The holiday camp is now being redeveloped as a gated community with bungalows and apartments.[2]
