Michel Ninorich (ミケル・ニノリッチ Mikeru Ninoricchi?) is a fictional character from Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team.

Assigned to the 08th MS Team along with Shiro, Michel serves as navigator and gunner of the team's support hovertruck. Between battles, he writes letters to his girlfriend B.B., who still lives in the space colonies. Like Shiro, he was transferred to the Earth Federal Army and assigned to the 08th MS Team.
After the end of the war, he is the only one from the 08th that is discharged from the military (other than Shiro who is listed as MIA). It is revealed that his girlfriend B.B. has left him and married someone else. In Last Resort, Michel is a little drunk, and he's traveling with Kiki Rosita to find Shiro after the end of the war. The two of them have found Shiro and a pregnant Aina.
