Meritus Mandarin Singapore (Chinese: 文华大酒店), is a five-star hotel located at 333 Orchard Road in Singapore. Opened in 1971 and occupying a single 36-story block, it became a landmark for the Orchard Road area when the second block, standing at 40 stories and 173 metres high, became the tallest development in the area when it opened in 1973. The hotel boasts its rich Asian heritage with the girls dressed in the striking red cheongsam who are the Meritus Ambassadors or Mandarin Girls.

Designed by Stanley T.S. Leong, it currently boasts over 1,200 rooms and features 32 suites, two exclusive Club lounges and two Presidential Suites. In 1980, the South Tower was extended with the help of Lee Sian Teck Chartered Architects. The Grand Tower was upgraded again in 2003 at a cost of S$52 million. At the top of the South Tower is the Mandarin Club Lounge, while the taller tower has the Top of the 'M', the tallest revolving restaurant in Singapore.

The hotel specifically targets at the business traveller market, and is thus a popular venue for meetings and conferences with facilities seating up to 1200 people. Voted as one of the World’s Best Places to Stay in the 2004 Gold List of Condé Nast Traveler and into the list of The World’s Top 75 Hotels in 2003 of Institutional Investor, it is the flagship hotel of Meritus Hotels and Resorts. Guests staying at any Meritus Hotels & Resorts can experience great hospitality through its touches of Asian grace, warmth and care every time they meet, dine or stay with them.

The hotel is well-known for its award winning Hainanese chicken rice served at the Chatterbox Coffeehouse, which underwent a renovation completed in December 2005. The hotel's signature french cuisine restaurant, Top of the 'M', ceased operations since 1 January 2008. It has now been replaced by the hotel's top outlet, Chatterbox - Home of the Mandarin Chicken Rice. Apart from its food and beverage outlets at the hotel, the Mandarin managed a Chinese restaurant, The Neptune, at Overseas Union House in Collyer Quay until the building's demolition in 2007. It also has a shopping arcade called the Mandarin Gallery, which has branded boutiques such as The Link, and a large Esprit store.

Meritus Mandarin boasts luxurious guestrooms offering great views such as Orchard Road and the Marina Bay. Room categories start from the Deluxe Rooms, Premier Rooms, Meritus Club Rooms, Executive Rooms to the Executive Suites, Regency Suites & Presidential Suites.

Part of the Meritus Hotels & Resorts, Meritus Mandarin Singapore has a sister hotel, Marina Mandarin Singapore, located at the Marina Bay.
