"Chris Cox Megamix" is a promotional AVCD single from the limited edition of pop singer Britney Spears's album Greatest Hits: My Prerogative. The song was released during the fourth quarter of 2004 in the Philippines, Hong Kong and also as a preorder gift in Taiwan. This AVCD included the Megamix music video and the full version of Chris Cox Megamix. The video also received airplay in Europe to promote the greatest hits.

"Chris Cox Megamix" is simply what its title implies: a large mix of all Britney's hit singles up until the point of its creation. The songs featured include "...Baby One More Time," "(You Drive Me) Crazy," "I'm a Slave 4 U," "Oops!... I Did It Again," "Stronger," "Everytime", "Toxic", "Overprotected" and "Outrageous". On edits to the song, "Outrageous" and "Overprotected" are omitted. The tracks were mixed by Chris Cox.
The music video for the "Chris Cox Megamix" is a combination of the videos from all the songs listed above with a quick showcasing of all of Britney's music videos except "Born to Make You Happy" and "I'm a Slave 4 U" at the end.

The Megamix video was released in the UK to promote her album Greatest Hits: My Prerogative, the video proved to be a huge success stealing the top spot off "My Prerogative" and staying at number-one for a number of weeks between January and February 2005. The video was eventually knocked off the top spot by Britney's "Do Somethin'" video. It had also moderate success in Brazil where the video was released debuting at number 8 in January 2005 and peaked at number two.
