This is a list of media outlets in the Canadian city of Edmonton, Alberta.

Edmonton has two large-circulation daily newspapers:
Edmonton also has two free weekly papers focusing on the city's independent arts and entertainment, SEE Magazine and Vue Weekly.
Two free daily newspapers, Metro and 24 Hours are published in the city from Monday to Friday.
The weekly Edmonton Examiner[1] is also delivered free to households in Edmonton. The Edmonton Senior is a monthly newspaper catering to a growing audience.
The University of Alberta has three regular publications: official student newspaper The Gateway, staff newspaper Folio and alumni magazine New Trail.

The cable television provider in Edmonton is Shaw Cable. Network programming from the United States is received on cable via affiliates from Spokane, Washington, which is in the Pacific Time Zone despite the fact that Edmonton is in the Mountain Time Zone. See also Shaw TV Edmonton.

On June 8, 2007, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) licensed three new television services in the Edmonton market.

On March 28, 2008, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) announced that they will hold a public hearing on May 27, 2008 (dates subjected to change) in Edmonton for the following applications regarding new radio services to serve the following communities in Alberta, including one in British Columbia:
- Edmonton
- Drumheller
- Lacombe
- Leduc
- Red Deer
- Quadra Island, British Columbia
- Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2008-2 (2008-03-28).

- connect2edmonton [2] is a new and growing citizen forum focusing on various aspects of the city and its people, including contemporary issues. This site is partnered with Edmonton Economic Development Corp., Edmonton Airports, the City of Edmonton and the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce.
- Nexopia - A youth oriented site most popular in Western Canada but used worldwide. Based in Edmonton.
- Skyscraperpage forum-Though not focused on Edmonton, it is very similar to C2E architecture and New Leads sections, because Skyscraperpage offers Edmontonians, and people from around the world to talk about their city's contemporary issues and architecture.
