McHenry County College

McHenry County College is a community college serving residents residing in Community College District 528, which covers most of McHenry County, Illinois, as well as portions of surrounding counties.

The college is located along U.S. Route 14, on the northwest side of Crystal Lake, Illinois. There are also secondary facilities in Crystal Lake and McHenry.

The college was founded in 1965 as part of the Illinois community college system. Today, the college includes 2,000 full-time students and 5,800 part-time students.
