Route 126 is a north-south state highway in Massachusetts. It begins at the Rhode Island state line in Woonsocket, and proceeds 33.57 miles northbound to Route 2 and Route 2A in Concord. Travelling northbound from the Rhode Island state line, Route 126 passes through the towns of Blackstone, Bellingham, Medway, Holliston (sharing roadway with Route 16), Ashland, Framingham, Wayland (sharing roadway with Route 27), Lincoln, and Concord.
Route 126 crosses I-90 (the Massachusetts Turnpike) in Framingham, but there is no intersection.
Near Route 126's northern terminus is the entrance Walden Pond State Reservation.
