'He will also pen a miniseries starring the Teen Titan Raven, a character he and Perez co-created during their legendary run on the New Teen Titans.'

Their run was not 'legendary'; it was, perhaps, 'highly acclaimed'.

It could be perceived as legendary, considering that their run is the one that the TV series was based on, their run was the one that got the book noticed, honestly when people talk about how they remember Teen Titans, they talk about Wolfman and Perez, not Nick Cardy.
