Maryland Route 275 is a state highway that connects Maryland 222 with Maryland 276 north of Perryville in western Cecil County, Maryland.

Maryland 275 is also called Perrylawn Drive for its entire length from Maryland 276 to Maryland 222.
Maryland 275 (along with Maryland 276) form a bypass for traffic heading from Interstate 95 (exit 93) to U.S. Route 1.
