Maryland Route 276 is a state highway that connects Port Deposit in Cecil County, Maryland to U.S. Route 1 near Rising Sun.

Maryland 276 is also called the Jacob Tome Memorial Highway. It starts at an intersection with U.S. Route 1 (Conowingo Road) north of Rising Sun, across from Slicers Mill Road. The highway heads south, and then turns southwest to reach Port Deposit. Within the town, the highway follows Center Street. Maryland 276 ends at Maryland 222.
Jacob Tome (1810-1898), for whom the road is named, was a Port Deposit businessman and member of the Maryland State Senate.
