Maryland Route 274 is a state highway that connects Rising Sun with North East in Cecil County, Maryland.

Maryland 274 is also called the Joseph Biggs Memorial Highway for almost its entire length. The eastern end of Maryland 274 is across from Cecil Community College on Maryland 272. It heads mostly northwest to the town of Rising Sun, where it takes on the name Queen Street. The highway ends at Maryland 273 in Rising Sun, but Queen Street continues across Maryland 273.

Exit 100 on Interstate 95 is marked "North East / Rising Sun". Maryland 274 is the route one would take to get to Rising Sun from that exit.

Maryland Route 274 Truck is a truck bypass of Maryland Route 274. The route follows Maryland Route 272 from the southern terminus of MD 274 north of North East north to Calvert and Maryland Route 273 from Calvert west to the northern terminus of MD 274 in Rising Sun.
