Marcus Jones (born August 15, 1973, in Jacksonville, North Carolina) is a former defensive tackle who played his entire 6-year National Football League career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jones was drafted by the Bucs in the 1st round of the 1996 NFL Draft out of the University of North Carolina.
Jones made his professional MMA debut on October 26, 2007 in Mixed Martial Arts World Fighting Championship V: Cage Wars with a victory[1]. He trains at Gracie Tampa with instructor Rob Kahn and sometimes makes appearances on the Bubba the Love Sponge Show on Howard 101 of the Sirius Satellite Radio Network.
