Marcus Henderson is a critically acclaimed Rock and Heavy Metal Guitarist from the San Francisco bay area. His previous bands include Drist and The Hellbillys as well as work for En Vogue and Simon Stinger who's song Fringe Authority can be found inside the movie "Diamonds" with Dan Akyroyd and Kirk Douglas. In 2005 he was chosen to take the role as one of lead guitarist's for the Guitar Hero series. In 2008, the instrumentalist will be playing on Bootsy Collins’ forthcoming CD, as well as recording with onetime Guns N’ Roses guitarist, Buckethead. He has a signature Epiphone guitar, “The Apparition,” coming out later this year, and is also endorsing a range of products for other companies including Digitech, Dean Markley, EMG and Krank. In addition, Henderson is a featured instructor on Web site www.guitarinstructor.com.

  • Member of the Writers guild of America and in production on a short story/Comix series.
  • Marcus' Gibson Flying V guitar that he used on the Guitar Hero games is on display in the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame.
  • Credited as songwriter on CMA award winning Marginal Prophet's sophomore album; "Bohemian Rap-CD"
  • Will be out on Mayhem Tour 2008 as a clinician for Revolver and Musicians Institute.

  • Drist's song "Decontrol" was featured on Guitar Hero, and "Arterial Black" was featured on Guitar Hero II. Both songs are from the album Orchids and Ammunition.
