[edit] Speedy deletion of Element/omen ring

A tag has been placed on Element/omen ring, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The Babylonians attacked Israel and brought the people who weren’t killed back to Babylon. The captured Jews wrote the Old Testament in Babylon. The first written laws were Hammurabi’s Code. Hammurabi’s Code contains 282 laws. About 1800 B.C., this Mesopotamian city rose. King Hammurabi ruled for more then 42 years. The city of Babylon is in Southern Mesopotamia. Hammurabi was the King who first brought together various cities of Mesopotamia to form Babylon. The Assyrians were ruthless killers. They were known as war machines. Their empire was the greatest empire in the world at their time. Assyrians believed in absolute power and killed everything in their path. Their land of Assyria was nick-named The Land Bathed in Blood. After an attack, they would stack the dead people’s head on a wall. At least two of their queen’s bones were found by archeologists. Assyria became powerful around 1350 B.C. The Assyrians developed powerful armies with iron weapons. Their rule ended in 612 B.C.

Sumerians were important thinkers and inventors in their country. They were advanced scientists and mathematicians. They were the first ones to divide the circle into 360 parts. Sumerians created the subdivision of a year and a day. These people found important uses for the wheel including using them for vehicles. Sumerians enjoy music and make beautiful objects. Sumerians have hundreds of gods. They made wheels out of wood. Sumerians had social classes. The upper class included priests, soldiers, and government officials. The middle class included merchants, farmers, laborers, teachers, farmers, and shopkeepers. The lowest class was slaves.
