Macedonian may refer to anything related to, or a person from, Macedonia, a geographical region in Southeast Europe shared between Greece, the Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, and small parts of Albania and Serbia.
More specifically, it may refer to:
- Macedonians (ethnic group) (also referred to as Macedonian Slavs or Slav Macedonians), the Slavic majority ethnic group of the Republic of Macedonia and minority inhabitants of a number of neighboring countries
- Greek Macedonians (also known as Macedonian Greeks or simply Macedonians), the Greek regional group of the geographical region of Macedonia, a province in northern Greece, and diaspora communities around the world
- A citizen of the Republic of Macedonia or Greek Macedonia
