"Love Can Build a Bridge" was a hit single from American country music mother-daughter duo The Judds from their 1990 album of the same name.
It was later covered as a quartet single release from American singers Cher, Chrissie Hynde, Swedish rapper Neneh Cherry and English singer/guitarist Eric Clapton. It was released as 1995's official Comic Relief single and reached #1 in the UK charts for a week.
Declan Galbraith sang the song on his 2002 self titled debut album. Irish boy band Westlife covered it on their eighth studio album The Love Album.
