[edit] June 2007
Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent contribution removed content from Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. Please be more careful when editing articles and do not remove content from Wikipedia without a good reason, which should be specified in the edit summary. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. edgarde 18:13, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
- Ignore this warning, you weren't doing anything wrong. You simply made a mistake in citing, and undid it. G1ggy Talk/Contribs 22:02, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
- I've struck this since the deletion was clearly a mistake in good faith. Thanks for leaving a comment on my Talk page. / edgarde 22:29, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Destroyer

- Try looking here - click the diffs, you should find something. Also, remember to sign your posts on talk pages, using ~~~~. Good luck! Giggy Talk | Review 04:24, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

- Oh, crud, sorry about this, I totally missed your message :( Anyway, I got it now.
- So, your warning was correct, since it was repeated vandalism of the article (level 3 was ok in this regard), but your revert wasn't :) [1] Here it is - See how you only reverted some of the vandalism. In cases like this, you need to open the history [2] and find the last non-vandalised version (in this case, it was [3]). Open that version by clicking the time stamp on it, then click edit, then click save, and the article will be saved in the state it was before all the vandalism. For more info, see WP:REVERT. So...hows about you give that another go ;) Giggy Talk | Review 22:04, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
SuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 16:12, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Hullo
Hello, and thanks. We need all the help that we can get now that bots are tagging new biographies almost as fast as we can assess the current ones. And the answer to your question would be no, we're thinking of a way for people to "sign" their assessments in the template but it hasn't happened yet. Make sure you do sign your comments on talk pages with four tildes (~) though. Thanks for the note and keep up the good work as well, Psychless 13:14, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Welcome!
Hi, and welcome to the Military history WikiProject! As you may have guessed, we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to military history.
A few features that you might find helpful:
- Our navigation box points to most of the useful pages within the project.
- The announcement and open task box is updated very frequently. You can watchlist it if you're interested; or, you can add it directly to your user page by including {{WPMILHIST Announcements}} there.
- Most important discussions take place on the project's main discussion page; it is highly recommended that you watchlist it.
- The project has several departments, which handle article quality assessment, detailed article and content review, offline publication, article improvement contests, and other tasks.
- We have a number of task forces that focus on specific topics, nations, periods, and conflicts.
- We've developed a variety of guidelines for article structure and content, template use, categorization, and other issues that you may find useful.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask one of the project coordinators, or any experienced member of the project, and we'll be happy to help you. Again, welcome! We look forward to seeing you around! Carom 01:16, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

Tag & Assess 2007 is now officially over, with slightly under 68,000 articles processed. The top twenty scores are as follows:
Although the drive is officially closed, existing participants can continue tagging until January 31 if they wish, with the extra tags counting towards their tally for barnstar purposes. We'd like to see what lessons can be learned from this drive, so we've set up a feedback workshop. Comments and feedback from participants and non-participants alike are very welcome and appreciated. |
