List of countries by lowest point

This is a list of countries by lowest point on land above sea level. Countries whose lowest point is exactly sea level (a substantial number) are excluded from this list.

Note that many countries have land below sea level, e.g. the Dead Sea is at 408 m below sea level, and is shared by Israel, Jordan, and the West Bank. This is the lowest point on land.
