Why did he choose the pseudonym Trondheim? Has he lived in Trondheim, Norway? Norwegian connections of some sort? --SWA 14:00, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

No Norwegian connection as far as I know. But I don't know why he chose that pseudonym, either. --David t 17:22, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
