The Legislative Districts of Surigao del Norte, namely the first and second districts are the representations of the Province of Surigao del Norte in the Philippine House of Representatives. Misamis Oriental was a part of Surigao Province, until it was granted it own representation in 1961. It was part of the representation of Region X from 1978 to 1984. In 1986, it was divided into two legislative districts.
